Before Elise started making meals for me, I kept forgetting to eat and when I would eat, it would be something that lacked nutrients because it was quick and easy. I had difficulty finding the time to prepare something healthy. I felt taken care of during a time when I was neglecting myself. Hiring a postpartum chef is really an incredible idea!
