This program is for women looking for an evidence-based strategy to improve their health, particularly before they get pregnant or after birth. We will start with our detailed health survey, based on the Duke coaching model, to determine your current health status and priorities. We will discuss various healthy lifestyle components, including a whole foods, plant-based diet, moderate, low impact exercise, mindfulness/meditation practices, community involvement, spirituality, restful sleep, clean product selection, and environmental factors. You will also learn quick lifestyle hacks to incorporate into your routine that can make a big difference in your health trajectory. We will develop a plan delineating your goals in each category and the steps you will take to accomplish your goals. Whenever additional resources or referrals are necessary, our trusted network of professionals will be able to address all of your needs.
