This package is for clients who want to learn how to cook delicious and nutritious meals for their families with confidence and skill. We will cover ingredient selection, basic knife skills, pressure/slow cooking, oil selection based on smoke point, salad composition, cooking/preparation methods for whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits, international herb and spice combinations, and healthy lunchbox ideas.
